SO...WHAT IS a personal chef?

So, what is a Personal Chef?
What are the services for?
Like, what is the need?

Well, it starts with desire to eat better, yet how do we do this with so little time?
How about single or elderly people, who don't feel that need to just "cook for one"?

Presently I have a single young woman customer who is disabled, yet lives independantly. I cook 20 plates at a time for her to store in her freezer in large ziploc bags and when she wants to eat dinner at home, she prepares the chosen plate in the microwave, and volia, dinner is served!

I can come in once a week and cook several meals ahead that you and your family can enjoy at your convience.

I can cook when you have guests and are not accustomed to hostessing a crowd or don't have time to manage it well enough.
Maybe you'd ;ike to spend more quality time with your family, rather than face your kitchen and the hours involved in meal preparation.
